Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Standard Contractual Clauses

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between Assist my Shop and the Customer (the store owner).

1. Nature of Processing

Assist my Shop processes personal data provided by the Customer for the purpose of Providing AI-assisted product search and customer support services.

2. Confidentiality

Assist my Shop ensures that persons authorized to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality.

3. Sub-processors

Customer provides a general authorization for Assist my Shop to engage sub-processors (e.g., cloud providers) to facilitate the service.

4. Security Measures

Assist my Shop implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
